There are several online tools that you can use to shorten a URL for Outlook:
- Bitly: Copy and paste your long URL into the Bitly website, and it will generate a shortened version for you to use. Simply copy the shortened URL and paste it into your email in Outlook.
- TinyURL: Similar to Bitly, TinyURL allows you to paste a long URL and create a shortened version that you can use in your Outlook email.
- Google URL Shortener: If you have a Google account, you can use the Google URL Shortener to create a shortened version of your URL. Simply paste your long URL into the tool and copy the shortened version to use in your Outlook email.
- Ow.ly: Hootsuite’s URL shortening tool, Ow.ly, can also help you create a shortened URL for Outlook. Simply paste your long URL into the tool, and it will generate a shortened version for you to use.
After you have generated a shortened URL using one of these tools, you can easily paste it into your Outlook email to make the link more visually appealing and easier for recipients to click on.
