At a glance, you might think that Photoshop and Photoshop CC are basically the same things. However, if you were to look more closely at how they work, their capabilities, and what they can do for you as an artist/designer, there is quite a bit of difference between them. The most important difference is this: with Photoshop, you will only be able to use it as a stand-alone program, example: you can't upload your designs to Adobe's Creative Cloud. With Photoshop CC, on the other hand, you will be able to use it as a stand-alone program, but you would also have the ability to upload your designs directly from Photoshop CC to Adobe's Creative Cloud.

It is a website where you can upload your designs to be shared with other people so that they can download your designs. It also allows you to be able to download other people's designs for free, without having to pay a single penny. This can be very useful because it allows you to read tutorials that are uploaded onto the Creative Cloud for free.

As mentioned before, both are graphic design software. The difference between them is in when and how the designs can be used. With Photoshop, you'll be able to work with your designs on a computer or laptop. You will also need to pay for each license (which will allow you to use Photoshop) individually.

With Photoshop CC, you'll be able to edit and work on your designs using a computer or laptop, as well as upload and download your design from Adobe's Creative Cloud.
